I can't change the size of the text in the dimensions,

I tried with the dimension styles fonction, with K-IMP scale and the match properties function and nothing append, 

I can't change the dimensions, it's like it's blocked at a preset k-imp.

Can you help me whit that

The text height is probably set in the test style.  Go to the Text Style editor and highlight the style name used in the dim style, the height is set to a value other than 0, swipe over the value and enter 0, apply, etc.  Even if it shows a 0 swipe over it and enter a 0, this ensures a small value rounding to 0 is over written.

You can modify the Standard dimension style or create a New  one depending on your needs. 

• Type DIMSTYLE select Dimension Styles Manager it will open the dialog box, then create a "New" or "Modify" 
• Go to the top "Text" tab & adjust the "Text Height". You will see these changes make on the right preview window

Both?  The height will be greyed out if the Text Style used in the Dimension Style has a fixed height see Message 2].  But even then, the fraction height scale should be available to set.

Is this a problem in all Dimension Styles?  In all drawings?

Post an image of your Dimension Style Manager in the Text tab for the Dimension Style in question, and of the Text Style dialog box at the Text Style that is used in that Dimension Style, and [better yet] a small sample drawing.

I used the STYLE command to change the text height setting to "0." That allowed me to change the text height. I needed to change the PRIMARY UNITS from decimal to fractional. I now can adjust both. Thank you.

[That would be zero in the Text Style dialog box of the Style that is used in the Dimension Style, not zero in the Dimension Style dialog box in their image.  The latter will not accept entry of zero for the Dimension text height.]

Thank you so very much!!!  This is the SOLUTION!   I was always able to change size of my dimtext and regular text using properties box but last update seemed to have kicked out some setting and even in dimstyle and properties I was unable to change text size.  In Dimstyle Manager the text size box was half toned and blocked from even allowing editing, which I have never seen before.  Very frustrating when trying to layout various elevations and sections sheets in architectural sets!   

You solved it!   Hurray!  I went into annotation menu and text editor and changed the size to 0 and VOILA!!

First, you want to remove any hard settings for text height in STYLE command: in DIMSTYLE find out which text STYLE is being used.

Then your DIMSTYLE setting for text height will apply.

Get into the Dimension Style dialog box [DIMSTYLE command], editing the Dimension Style in question.  Look at the Text style: that the Dimension Style uses:

Then get into the definition of that Text Style [STYLE command], and look at the Height for that Style:

If that Height is zero, the Text Style will not impose its own height on the text content of Dimensions, but will use the height specified in the Dimension Style definition.  If that height is other than zero [that's what @pendean meant by a "hard setting"], it will overrule the height called for in the Dimension Style.
