Huawei Matebook Pro X

Hi, Im still deciding on what laptop I should get starting out as a  Bachelor of Design student majoring in Architecture. Trying to find one which isn’t so expensive but does the job and so far i’m considering between the huawei matebook pro x and the microsoft surface laptop 2.  However i’m unsure as to how well they’ll work for rendering, autocad, photoshop etc

Several colleagues of mine use the surface pro... they are running autocad mep & revit mep, and are able to render with no complaints.  These are all medium sized projects.
