How to use scale line weight function without manually changing CTB

Hi All

I'm trying to plot a drawing that is using a custom CTB for a specific project. Their are many colours assigned to the various layers. The line weights were set and tested to work well at 1:200 on A0 however when I plot at for example 1:1000 the lines are super thick and not what I need. I have switched on the scale lineweights function in the plot window but this has no effect? Is their a way to scale the linewieghts for when I need the drawing at different scales and paper sizes?

Thanks

Short answer: No.

We have been using three pen tables as described:
Full-Scale Roll Feed pen tables (22x34 / 30x42, etc.).
Half-Scale Ledger pen tables (17"x11").
Marketing pen tables (8-1/2"x11" media).

So I have to manually change the lineweights assinged to each colour in the CTB, and do that every time I need to plot at a different scale and paper size?

Load (edit) the current CTB file by double-clicking from
inside your favorite file manager.

Tab to either "Table View" or "Form View" and select the
button "Save As..." and name the newly created file.

From there change the line thickness.

Repeat for any other drawing scale you might employ.

Sit down and take a moment to think about the naming
conventions for these new files. We use a prefix of our
company's initials followed by a one- or two-word
description. This will allow outside people to easily
identify the pen tables as being your's:

"FULL-Scale"
"HALF-Scale"
"Ink-Laser"

From there, in the plot dialog, point to the desired CTB
file.

Share your new files with your organization.

Can't you just adjust the specific layers line weight in your drawing without adjust your ctb file? (Use a viewport line weight override)
