How to ungroup or separate a group of 3d solids (block reference)

I grouped several 3d solids seleciong them and then right click- group- group.

I did that not to loose them when modelling.-- but maybe it was a stupid option...

Now I am unable to ungroup them. They are no longer 3d solids, they are now a block reference.

I need to "ungroup" or separate them, but not explode them (becuase I need to put materials and I don't want to brek them).

If I apply a materail to the block reference it changes all the solids on it, and I need diferente materials.

Normally I find all the topics I need, but this time I can't find it. I tried to copy and paste to another drawing, change layer, restarting etc.. HelP!

I am working with Autocad 2012.

I forgot to say I grouped the 3d solids and then they "became" e block reference instead of a 3d solid group.

What can I do to separate the solids of a block reference ?

How about UNDO?

Group works fine for 3d.

Let's see your 3d Drawing.

Oops, if the file is too large, you need to ZIP it.

Does this work? (Separate 3d) my autocad is an older one, I can't do it.

How about Slice it and get it back?

Yes, Slice and then union solved some 3ds, but not all ( the ones with
curved parts i can't separate...)

Maybe there isn't a solution.. Maybe I shouldn't have clicked "group
solids".

Can you advise me what should i do instead of grouping several solids??

I don't want to loose sólids when i am modelling, that's why i grouped
them...

3 are different.

Group, union and ungroup.

I don't know how did you use group and the model unioned together, the model should go back to 2 different shapes after command ungroup.

I see that you separated with Solid Editing -> Separate

and it worked in some objects!! THANK YOU!

It didn't work in all the solids- maybe because they were "intersecting solids", but it is better now.

I could't separate all the objects, like you did- some are stiil together- when i separate autocad says " the selected solid does not have multiple lumps. Enter a body editing option".

Meanwhile, I figured how to convert a "blockreference" into "3dsolid"- I tried exploding and worked.
