How to turn off XREF-IMAGE border?

Not applicable

I have set up the system variable FRAME to 0, and checked IMAGEGRAM, which is also 0. However, the border of the attached img is still on while plotting. Any ideas to turn it off? Thanks!

It's probably in the image then if a REGENALL did not fix the display on your screen and there is no outline object (or viewport) drawn over the image.
