How to separate randomly merged block attributes snap points/ grips out of block editor mode

Hello, I come across this issue every few months and I never found solution to that. Imagine I have 100 instances of wall light symbols blocks on 2D lighting plan. These blocks have few attributes inside with filled in value (for example CAD code, circuit number etc) which are visible.

Someone randomly moves the CAD code attribute dragging by the grip and drops the attribute grip on the top of the entire block grip. These two grips get merged and I can no longer move the attribute by it's own grip. When trying to do it the entire block moves instead. I don't want to go to the block editor mode and to make adjustments inside (to not affect the other block duplicates text position). Neither I don't want to use BATTMAN command, neither ATTSYNC as the attributes position of other block duplicates get reset. I have attached simple dwg with 4 wall lights symbols inserted to illustrate this issue. The top symbol and the right one have this persisting issue. The left and the bottom one have all grips separated and are fine. Any chance I can sort out these two (top and right) without affecting the other two (left and bottom) block duplicates?

Only way I can think of (you won't like this) is to change the way your block works (one-time change).
Instead of moving the atributes by their automatic grip, you can turn that grip off and move them with a point parameter and a move action.
Then when they are on top of another grip you can move the attribute from the properties window.

I don't think autocad has a way to 'unstack' the grips. I also run into this problem sometimes.
