How to render only viewport layers...

Hi all! When I render a layout with a viewport that has specific layers frozen and thawed, it still renders as if all the layers are thawed and on. Any thoughts how to render just the layers of a specific viewport? Thanks in advance!

Render? Are you doing a different visual style than wireframe? Is it possible to post the file?

Thanks

I can't attach the file as it's proprietary and don't want to create an issue for my client. Sorry. I've applied materials to the 3d Solids for the layers I have thawed in a particular viewport. When I try to render that viewport is shows layers I don't have thawed in that viewport. Like it's rendering my Model Space where all layers are thawed.

I cannot reproduce the problem.

I assume the geometry you are rendering are solids.  Yes?

Can you create a simple drawing with 3 or 4 objects that demonstrate the problem and post it?

Yes, I was about to say the same thing. I presume you are following this method:

I have a layer frozen.
Thanks

I'm feeling like a chump here... I didn't realize there was a choice in the Shade Plot section of the viewport properties called "Render". That works perfectly. I am sorry for wasting your time but I really appreciate the efforts of this community.
