How to plot white entities on top of an image background using a ctb plot file?

What is a good way to plot white entities on top of an image background? We're using a ctb plot file. C3D 2022 Win 10. I'm willing to change the entities, layer or ctb settings.

You should create a 255 color layer to place all the overlayed white entities.

On the CTB's Plot Style Table Editor, find the "Plot Styles" list, scroll-down up to "Color 255", select it and under Properties, make sure that the "Color" value is setted to "Use object color".

Or you can translate a color 1-255 to..

 .. color 255,255,255 (it is a truecolor value)
