How to plot in black and white

I have AutoCAD 2014 LT. I need to plot in black and white. The Help article says to go to the Plot dialog but I can't find this (I am new at using AutoCAD). Thanks in advance.

If you draw using colors 1-255 and you are using color plot styles (CTB), then you just need to pick a CTB file that tells it to use color 7 (black) regardless of the screen colors.

• To get started, run the PAGESETUP command. 
• Modify the current layout (or Model Space if you must...)
• Pick the plot style named "Monochrome"
• This is an older article, but it is still good, valid information on setting up to print.
