How to make a Linewidth available in my PR dialogue box

Just trying to do some of my objects LW = 0.12 but this value is not available either in my Property Dialogue box or somewhere else (like the layer manager or plot .ctb file)

How to make this width available?

DWG/DXF (original Autodesk format) are fix,

but you can edit your own lweights in your plotstyletable.

And the answer would be: The same as for all other lweights too. The same commands or functions.
