How to join offset lines

I have offset a Pline and now I need to join the starting point and endpoint of the source Pline to the corresponding ones on the offset Pline. Is there a simple way to do that?

Hi,

I guess @parkr4st meant draw one line (or polyline) between startpoint of source object and startpoint of offset object, then use command _PEDIT and option _JOIN to create from the source-poly + the new line + the offset-poly one joined object and (within the same _PEDIT command) use option _CLOSE to get the endpoints connected.
