How to edit a Raster Image in CAD 2022

I am trying to import a scanned floor plan into CAD. Once I import it, the lines are jagged which i know that means it's a raster image. How do you edit a raster image in CAD?

You don't edit Raster in AutoCAD: if you have an active subscription, you can add this to AutoCAD to try and manipulate it https://www.autodesk.com/products/autocad/included-toolsets/autocad-raster-design

Otherwise seek out (or seek out someone with) a Photo editing software to do what you need.
