"This is not ok"

But i will answer the question.

You can paste viewports, there is not command which create viewports from scratch in modelspace and it is useless in ms,

but it is a perfect troublemaker.

Note: "like this" we can not know without your dwg to check what you have in detail.

For example: An Inventor created Viewport 😉

I guess, if you move the viewport, the floor plan moves also?

Then i am sure we talk about Inventor as source of this data.

(Not normal Autocad object/feature)

As i wrote:

Not possible

or what possible is, is useless.

Please read them again.

And if you upload your dwg, we can say 100% what it is.

"Like this":

All we see is a stupid picture, nothing more.

Copy&Paste a viewport from Paperspace to the modelspace, now you created a viewport in modelspace.. but why? - useless.

Yes, you can create a model space viewport.       |This guide is from Autodesk support itself|

  1. Click View tab / Viewports panel / Viewport Configurations drop-down arrow.
  2. Click the viewport configuration that you want to use.

The MS viewport is quite useful sometimes especially when you are working with multiple plans in a single MS. This will minimize the error if you are working with massive plans.

There are two different things called "Viewport" in AutoCAD:

1) Model Space Viewport - HERE FOR DETAILS

2) Layout Viewport - HERE

If I understood correctly, this thread was about if the Layout kind of viewport is possible to make in MS.
