Etransmit command or etransmit from sheet set

If I etransmit files from the sheet set the ctb file and text fonts are not included while if I use the etransmit command from a drawing and add additional files these are included? The boxes to include these are checked in both cases. How can I ensure the ctb and font files are included short of manually copying them into the zip file?

Hello @Anonymous,

You have the options to include your ctb & font files under the Files Tree or Files Table tab, click Add File to the eTransmittal package creating a folder with all the files you want to share.

These files show and are checked under the files tab of the etransmit dialog. The etransmit log indicates they cannot be found when etransmitted from the sheet set. If I run the etransmit command directly these files are included.

Hello @Anonymous,

Make sure you saved your file & try the third option when creating your etransmit package.

Where are the files located, on a shared network location?

Make sure you have the proper permissions to the file locations, if you can get some assistance from IT on this that may help. This could be an issue with Mapped network drives are unavailable in various Autodesk products.

Using the "keep files and folders as-is" option the missing files are included. Thanks! I don't like the folders this method uses for the files but it works. The files are on a shared Network location.

Hello @Anonymous,

That's fantastic so glad it helped resolve the pathing issue. Please remember to "Accept Solution" to help others in the community.

The directories could not be located which is most likely a issue in your environment that prevented the other methods.
