Is there a reason you are using Offset rather than Thicken?

Is there a reason you are using Surface modeling rather than Solid modeling and Shell?

Can you attach *.dwg file rather than image file?

You need to use Thicken AND use Fillet.

But I am not sure that is what you really really really want.

A solid Revolve and Shell and Fillet might be what you really want.

Or maybe just a Revolve with the fillet in the profile.

Do  you have a picture or url to something similar?

What are you designing?
