How To Create a Block To Match ISO Plane

Hope you guys can help me on this, I've been killing myself over it.

Basically, what I want to do is create a block, such as a piping elbow, that will allow me to click on different angles upon insertion and have it match that angle.

If that's confusing, here's an image to give you guys a better understanding.

Assuming those gray dots represent the elbow block, which actions do I need to use in the block to have my elbow block match different angles as shown.

Anything helps at this point, thanks for your time!

Use dynamic block Align parameter in your block.

So that while inserting that block you can align it to the pipe.
