How to create a 3D model from wireframe?

I am using AutoCAD 2017, and I am having some trouble with converting a 2D wireframe into a 3D model. I am trying to recreate this  truck, and I currently have this lined out. I have looked around for tutorials, but none of which helps me. 

It is mainly the curvature of the truck that is throwing me off. Thanks.

PRESS (SHIFT+MOUSE CENTER BUTTON) AND DRAG TO SEE 3D MODEL.

USE 3DPOLY COMMAND TO CREATE OBJECT.
