@Anonymous In AutoCAD, you can us the IMPORT command to import a DGN; However, Exporting to .3DS files are no longer an option. If looking to get the files into 3ds Max, I would recommend either Importing the DWG file into 3ds Max, or Exporting from Autocad to an FBX while in an orthographic view and Realistic Visual Styles displayed, and then importing into 3ds Max.
