How to change the 3D object( any format) to the target you want?

For example...

This is my 3D house and I have 3D doors (from internet) dwg format but is too big, how I can to changing size?

Also I know the dimensions that I need ( width 870mm, height 2000mm)

you could try an ''align'pick your door and door frame and scale it in, Should work.
