How to change default Annotative font in AutoCAD 2019?

Hi all,

I have been using the romans font for my annotations on many of my drawings but for some reason, one of my drawings somehow changed what seems like the default Annotative font to Arial and I can't seem to find any posts or information on how to change it back to romans.

I can of course manually change the font in any Leader Notes or manually entered text fields, but all dimension texts are in Arial font and I'd be much happier these drawings were consistent with my others.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi,

in case all text-like objects use their styles you can start command _STYLE, go trough all text-styles and if you find a style that has Arial assigned you can change it to Times.

If anyone used MTEXT objects and used the MTEXT options where you can override the font directly, them it's hard to find which one is overridden. There exists some tools (search www) which can find that, I would save my file to DXF and use notepad++ to edit the file (at least find which of these MTEXT-like objects have an overwrite "Arial" assigned).
