How to add the 2015 hotfix for heart-bleeding to a deployment?

Is there any way to get the installation of the heartbleed hotfix for 2015 to be installed along with the deployment?

It doesn't look like there is a way to do this with default functionality. To add an additional install to a deployment the file would need to be a exe or an msi. The Heartbleed fix extracts to a visual basic script (.vbs) which wouldn't be able to be added to the deployment.
