How to add point with northing and easting ?

I am using Auto CAD 2019, I want to plot point with specific Northing and Easting given to me. 

Previously the option was available from drop down menu of point. but her i am not able to get that. 

Can someone please help me with this !

You don't have the menu drop down because you're not using C3D

Plain Autocad has no Point drop down menu.

WORKSPACE, and pick the c3d

You're in 3D modeling
