how split a single cell in a table

Hi everyone!

I need some help with editing a table I'm making.  The table pic below is from an old format our company used to use and I'm putting the infor into an annotative table to make things run a little smoother.  My problem is getting to split a single cell like the CFM/HP cell in the pic below.  Is this possible to do or not? I haven't seen any options to do this.  I am currently using AutoCAD 2015.

Thanks for any help. It's appreciated,

NickD22

HI @NickD22,

Tables in AutoCAD work similar to those in Excel. I suggest inserting an additional column and then merging the top cell so it spans the two columns.

Is this what you are trying to achieve? If not, please give me some more detail or attach a drawing.
