How invisible lines are created?

I have a cad drawing that has several invisible lines. If I use the erase all command and unselect what I don't want to erase I am left with seven objects to erase.

I need to know how these invisible lines are getting created in the first place.

The perhaps-over-obvious question [without opening the drawing]:  Are they on a Layer [or Layers] that is [are] Off or Frozen?

All layers are turned on, unfrozen and unlocked.

You mean the red blobs?

Hi,

I don't get the red blobs or anything selectable in the areas of the red blobs. I get 38 objects, 5 of which are blocks when I select all and look at properties.

Interestingly... go to the block editor for one of the dynamic door blocks.  Zoo way out and lasso everything.  Notice the increment hash marks for the dynamic block parameter/action?

I'm interested to find out why I'm not seeing selectable items where your red blobs are??

Thanks,

Blaine

I am not sure which red blobs you are talking about? Door dynamic blocks are for incremental width size.

I am referencing the other post by @Patchy with the image showing red areas.  He must have seen some visible items that I cannot see in your file unless I open the dynamic block in the block editor and zoom way out.

I know what the increments are for in dynamic blocks.

Waiting to see if @Patchy confirms what he was seeing there.

The red blobs are 7 lines that made invisible by using autolisp.

If you erase the floor plan and then after that do erase all it will say 7 deleted.

Try this and see:

Yes I am aware of how to delete them, I am not sure how they are getting into the drawing.
