If do you mean this yellow dashed line unfotunately there is NOTHING that can we do it to get rid of this yellow dashed line..Smiley Surprised

Welcome to these Forums!

You could get the effect you want in Copying specifically [not Moving, or Rotating, or probably some others] by using COPYBASE [Ctrl+Shift+C] and then PASTECLIP [Ctrl+V].  That combination could be built into a custom command definition.  But it has limitations compared to regular COPY -- for instance, you can't use the aim-in-the-direction-and-type-a-distance approach, or the grip-editing approach.  You could do something similar with Moving, using CUTCLIP and PASTECLIP, but you don't get a choice of the base point for Cutting the way you do for clipboard-Copying with COPYBASE.

Just out of interest, why would you not want to see the link between the original object (so you know which one it is) and the projected position you are intending to move it too ?
