How can I shut off the cross-hair cursor within AutoCAD?

Hope you are well. Is my understanding correct that you would like to change the cursor to a normal Windows mouse pointer? If so, please try to change CURSORTYPE to 1. See: CURSORTYPE (System Variable)

This function called AutoCAD crosshairs cursor , and this is the Normal mode for AutoCAD and it's recommended to keep it like this . i mean you can control the size of the cursor by CURSORSIZE (System Variable) if the full size one annoying you . >> Click <<
