How can I edit the title block in an existing sheet?

I believe that what I have is a sheet that is an existing AutoCAD template and I would like to change the headings for the information that will go in the fields.  I've found information that would allow me to create a brand new title block but I am not able to find a way to edit this information in the existing block.

The picture below isn't the exact example because I don't have autocad on this computer to grab a shot but I've circled examples of things I would like to edit.

Should I just make a new, personalized title block and be done with it?

If that is a block, REFEDIT command is what you need. Note that only the location you changed the info in is where that will take place. AutoCAD does not change the origin of that titleblock outside of the DWG you are in at the time.

If that is a reference, use OPEN command to access he source file, edit there, then update the XREF in each DWG file it is referenced to.

If you meant something totally different, explain please.
