Hollow Text in PDF and Layout Tab

I've seen a few other posts on this same subject dating back to 2001, where the primary sugestion is to set TEXTFILL=1. Anything else that you can think of to fill in my dimension and callout text? Screenshots below and dwg linked here.

I opened your drawing in 2014 and looks fine to me.  Not sure why yours is doing this.

Thanks for the responses!

Fillmode = 1. Wan't able to check the elevation but I believe it should be standard 2D text. Also running AutoCAD 2015 if that makes a difference.

Check the text font file, shx or ttf/otf being used in the STYLE command.  Since the arrowheads are filled, it would seem that the font file being referenced is a hollow outline font.

Thanks for the suggestion and it is happening regardless of the font that is used and the files all seem standard.

well, that looks correct.  And, I can't replicate the issue on my machine.  possibly just a display issue?  is your adaptor on the certified list, and are you running correct drivers for AutoCAD?

And finally, doe it lot correctly?

Maybe dview is messing up. Can you open this one and see?

Turns out it was the Shades of Grey visual style. Changing that to one of the other options (2D Wireframe, Conceptual, Hidden, etc.) resolved the issue. Thanks for the help everyone, especially @quentin.contreras for ultimately finding the root cause.
