you need to set your linetypescaling.
you might need to change your PSLTSCALE setting in your viewport your are printing
from PSLTSCALE=0 to PSLTSCALE = 1 or vice versa.
Otherwise you cold click your line and change in the properties dialogue box change
the Linetype scale. This can be trial and error and diificult to get right first time
because the new individual element LTSCALE could be anything from 0.001 to 1000
depending on various factors.
I suggest you look at some tutorials on linetype scaling. There are hundreds around.
