HELP!! Solid Red Circle near cursor pick point

Somehow I inadvertently hit the keyboard turning something on that keeps a solid red circle near my cursor aperture.  I thought it might be the actionrecorder but it is off and the solid red circle prevails.  any suggestions?

Does it survive a restart of AutoCAD?

I suggest to type ACTSTOP command and see what happen.

Hi, I had the same issue. You actually have to type in "-ACTSTOP" instead of "ACTSTOP"
