HELP NEEDED TO EDIT A BLOCK - AUTOCAD 2019

I have 2019 AutoCAd. I have copied a Detail numbering block from an architectural drawing, The block is in side the clouded area in the attached drawing.

I could not figure out how to edit it. I tried every thing I know. I tried Edit block in place. I tried exploding the block and edit the numbers all without luck.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

@apanbasu FYI your DWG file contains ADT2007 content: if you intend to reshare your file with that user, they are going to get locked out of the AEC content in the file the instant you save it in AutoCAD 2019 (and no amount of saving to an older version will help).

There are no blocks in your top file that you shared

Are we supposed to drill down to others in other folders? Which one?
