Help Flattening Drawings In Model Space

I have a few drawings I need to flatten and everything is in model space.

These drawings contain 2d geometry, 3d geometry, text and dimensions.

I have tried to use the flatten command, but it messes up my text and dimensions.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated.

messes text and dims how exactly?
3D, as in solids? or faces?
Or AEC object types (walls/doors/roofs/sewers/piping/ductwork etc) from vertical versions of AutoCAD?

If I select text with the flatten command and use the Remove hidden lines option it turns the text into polylines.

The 3D objects in the drawings are piping from CADWorx.

What about the other questions I posed?

Avoid that option in your response, use OVERKILL afterwards once all is flat to remove duplicate lines. Or make an effort not to select the text and move them manually later with PROPERTIES.

Convert to DXF then place back into AutoCAD. DXF is 2D only, so i will flatten out everything for you. As long as you have everything on z-0 grid.
