HELP! Dashed Lines in Model/Paper Space Plotting as Solid Lines

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello All,

I have searched, researched and tinkered in an attempt to find an answer, but to no avail. I have lines as part of a 3D object which show up as dashed lines in both model and paper space, but always plot as solid lines. Some pertinent settings:

LTSCALE: 0.5 -- I've tried everything from 96.000 down to 0.0005, no change

PSLTSCALE: 1 -- tried setting to 0, no change

MSLTSCALE: 1 -- tried setting to 0, no change

I've attached the .dwg file in question for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Hi @Anonymous,

I don't have an  answer for you on this yet as I have been playing with your file and haven't had great results yet.  Hare you tried all the various shadeplot settings? How about HidePrecision=1?

Hi @john.vellek,

I have experimented with the various shadeplot settings, though nothing has worked so far. I hadn't thought to try the HidePrecision command, however I tried it and nothing changed. Thank you for the suggestion.

Hi @Anonymous,

Giving up on Visual Styles and went to use XEDGES.  This lets me assign the linteypes just fine. Not a great solution but it works.

Hi @john.vellek,

You were right the first time. I was playing around in the shadeplot settings and ended up fixing it by changing the visual style to Hidden. Thank you!
