Hi,

if that button "Add" is active or not depends on the printer driver. Some printer drivers have the option to add the page formats directly in the system printer console, if that is working then you can't add them to the AutoCAD definitions (PC3/PMP), you have to add your special formats in the system printer properties.

Often you can assign new pater sizes through Custom Properties. The image below is based on our HP510. As @Alfred.NESWADBA mentioned, this may vary from driver to driver.

Hi Ruaa,

Check out this older post and see if it helps you to add a custom sheet size. If not, please add a post and I will try to find you some additional resources.

Thank you  Alfred

I think that is the problem , the printer, because I add new custom size to the printer yet it is not showing in the menu when I try to choose the paper size.

Thanks

Hello John,

I have tried every single way to do that yet it is not working , I think the problem is with the printer it self or the new system , because it was the same printer when I was able to change paper size , same printer with old auto CAD version , I don't Know what happened  .Smiley Sad

Thanks

Hi,

Did you restart AutoCAD after modifying the printer's paper sources?

Which printer and which printer driver version are you using?

Have you tried updating the printer driver?

Hi,

Well, in the past we have noticed that HP does not do a great support for Windows 10, older devices don't get (correct) driver updates and it's annoying what HP does (or better does not).

If you have updated an older Windows to Windows 10 then you should uninstall the driver, look to a driver that is specific to that plotter and definitely for Windows 10, if you don't find such a driver you might go the way to use an universal plotter driver from HP, which does not support specific functions for your plotter, but at least works with Windows 10.

Good luck, - alfred -
