Hi @Anonymous

1. AutoCAD crashes or freezes when running the HATCH command Click here

2. How to improve performance in drawings containing hatches in AutoCAD

Hi,

>> AutoCad often chrashes when I use the Hatch command

Can you recreate the crash in a new dwg-file (new drawing based on an original AutoCAD template)?

If not it might be your dwg-file (maybe referenced files in your dwg too). Run command _RECOVERALL instead of _OPEN to see if there are errors in the dwg-file(s).

Also make sure you have saved your dwg-files in the current file format and not in older dwg-formats.
