On your screenshot we can't see which areas you wanted to fill, why it filled areas you didn't want to fill.

Please upload a dwg file and let us know which parts you want to fill.

In general: if AutoCAD does not find the correct borders it mostly depend on none closed curves (or curves not really touching or intersecting), then the hatch seems to run out to neighborhood areas.

Hi,

No picture attached. Please use the Internet browser to answer to this thread, not your mail system

And I can only repeat, without the dwg-file we can't tell you why hatching does not work in that dwg-file.

Hi,

Please reduce the coordinates where you are working, your coordinates at X=4E08 and Y=3E07 are close to the limits of double precision calculation (especially when you mix simple objects like lines and arcs with splines.

May I as which units are you working with? Your ship is 633958848 long! Even your setting with Millimeter would not match any object on earth.

Scaled down by a factor of 1/1000000 (this is just a test, I don't know your scale factor needed to come to reality) would create well boundaries for your hatch like that:

oh, i didn't know that my drawing was that large. All i did was some tracing on the picture. I didn't pay much attention on the measurements. Haha. Anyways, thank you. I've got the problem solved
