We have been using AutoCAD 2010 and it has worked great since it first came out. Here's the problem, because it's 2010 and our subscription has expired, there is no support or updates in regards to newer graphics cards. There has to be a way to make a Radeon R7 370 ( which is now in every computer in the office) work with that card. If we try to update the graphics driver, ACAD will not work and we get the ol' "Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Writing..".blah...blah...blah. It seems incredibly crappy to spend another $5000 on AutoCAD just so we can actually update the graphics driver on every computer. I can see how this is the way Autodesk forces people to continually pay for upgrades so they make money, but it also seems like they are purposefully driving us away to a different CAD program. Any knowledge about how to fix the graphics problem would be greatly appreciated. And if there's just "better pay for an upgrade, cheapo" chatter, I'll just throw peanuts in your face and call you a bad monkey.....
