Graphic Display Issue Maximizing the Model Pane

We have just upgraded our company to Windows 10 and AutoCAD-2018.  We have begun to notice a bug with how a drawing opens (not regularly, but enough to cause a problem) where the drawing view area is maximized to fill the monitor and no ribbon, command line, or task bar can be seen.  We must turn on the Dynamic Input command (F12) so we can type in and run the Options command, make a minor change, then apply and OK.  This will refresh the monitor window and the ribbon, command line and task bar pop back on.  We though it was something like the Clean Screen command, close but that's not it.  Has anyone ever seen this type of thing happen?  (see the attachment below)

Hi,

would you try to install the latest service pack for AutoCAD 2018 ?

Still no good... We have found that Redraw and Refresh do nothing, but typing Ribbon will refresh the window and everything does pop back on; Command prompt, Task bar, Letter A at the top right and the normal few icons next to it like new drawing, open save, print...

If we type Ribbon and select OFF, it will also refresh the window and everything is visible, but like should be the ribbon is off.  Typing ribbon again will bring it back.

But if we select a second drawing tab and then go back to another drawing the same display problem will be back.  So, it seems to be something about setting the graphics when toggling between drawing using the tab feature.
