GPU problem (little to no usage)

So I'm a student and I'm currently working on a project, and my desktop at home won't use my GPU when I start to render or even just look at the drawing (In some instances it uses just 20% for a split second but only when I'm just viewing the drawing). I've already searched for some answers and tried a bunch of things. In one post they discussed the same problem and they fixed it by excluding the AutoCAD folder from the system antivirus. GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 14 GB

RAM: 16GB at 3200MHz

CPU: Intel i5 9400F base 2.9GHz Throttle 4.1 GHz

autocad doesn’t use the gpu for rendering

its only cpu & ram

Of course, modern AutoCAD uses the GPU. There is a big difference in speed on the same configuration using an RTX 2060 versus a GF730.
You need to turn off the second graphics card directly in the bios. The RTX 2060 has low consumption under light load as a shared graphics card. After disabling the shared graphics card, install the drivers from the NVIDIA site. When enabling the GRAPHICSCONFIG command, the graphics card must be as used

I didn't notice your screenshots. Current GPU usage needs to be monitored...

Even so, turn off shared graphics in the bios...
