GPU problem (little to no usage)

So I'm a student and I'm currently working on a project, and my desktop at home won't use my GPU when I start to render or even just look at the drawing (In some instances it uses just 20% for a split second but only when I'm just viewing the drawing). I've already searched for some answers and tried a bunch of things. In one post they discussed the same problem and they fixed it by excluding the AutoCAD folder from the system antivirus. So I've tried it and it did not help at all. (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/autocad2020-using-to-much-cpu-amp-no-gpu/m-p/9330316).
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 14 GB

RAM: 16GB at 3200MHz

CPU: Intel i5 9400F base 2.9GHz Throttle 4.1 GHz
Thank you for your time.

Of course, modern AutoCAD uses the GPU. There is a big difference in speed on the same configuration using an RTX 2060 versus a GF730.
You need to turn off the second graphics card directly in the bios. The RTX 2060 has low consumption under light load as a shared graphics card. After disabling the shared graphics card, install the drivers from the NVIDIA site. When enabling the GRAPHICSCONFIG command, the graphics card must be as used

I didn't notice your screenshots. Current GPU usage needs to be monitored...

Even so, turn off shared graphics in the bios...
