GPU and DRIVER on the certified hardware page

Not quite sure the proper placement for this inquiry.  I'm not finding my GPU/driver on the certified hardware page.

I am using NVIDIA GTX-1080 and apparently it didnt make the certified page.  My question is, can a component not found under certified hardware, be found anyplace else that may contain a write up regarding the graphics card and a valid driver for use in the AutoCAD environment.

No, Autodesk tested drivers are only posted at the one page https://knowledge.autodesk.com/certified-graphics-hardware

Hey Pendean, good to hear from you.  ".....display challenges are you trying to resolve?...."

I'm not really having any issues YET.  I just broke the seal off a new workstation , new office, upgrade to fiber, etc and I typically log the variations, if any, of the GPU/driver combinations suggested/recommended and ultimately certified for each particular software I use (e.g. AutoCAD, Solidworks, Mastercam).  After reviewing Autodesk's certified hardware page, I realized my specific GPU is not listed, nor is ANY Nvidia GeForce GTX series listed for that matter. 

Afterwards my focus was to find out if these lists at Autodesk were of a hierarchical type,  containing "sub" list or a lower tiered "mentions of existing combinations" that currently  were just not tested,  but known by Autodesk to be  of in the wild that seemed to work fine or otherwise.  just not tested. 

I'm thinking if that doesn't exist, then my only option within the Autodesk world would be  to search within the discussion groups/forums for any info shared.  I'll probably engage NVIDIA also, to get their take on my particular set up.  What you think?

Most of us with non-listed GPUs/drivers don't have issues for the most part. I would not worry about it too much unless you hit a specific issue that you can share here with others.

I do know Autodesk only looks for feedback here though, not these forums, https://www.autodesk.com/company/contact-us/product-feedback

if i may add.................The AutoCAD 2018 drivers that are listed are old and support earlier versions of Windows 10.

Searching for the proper driver to use with my set up, I was given 2 choices. namely, 411.95 and 375.86

Display driver version 411.95 was released on 10/23/2018

• Added support for Windows 10 April 2018 Update (Redstone 4, version 1803)

Display driver version 375.86 was released on 11/16/2016 which was release for Windows 10 RS1

I am using Windows 10 Version  10.0.18363 Build 18363 (19H2)

This version requires a R440 driver

hi, I have been using the latest driver for my Nvidia T2000 GPU but my dell support app tells me to update to a more recent version version.  It appears to address a security issue.  Would Autodesk recommend I install the latest even though NOT listed as certified?

that's a great question.  I've been going round and round myself.  at the moment i use

nvidia quadro p2000 with driver version 31.0.15.2895 (528.95).  this was the latest version of driver not too long ago.

i have tried a few in between to no avail.  i get artifacts on my screen, hatching fades in and out.  but it works.

my system is

Z390 AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE by Gigabyte Technology.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900KS CPU @ 4.00GHz (overclocked to 5.0GHz+/-)

Samsung SSD 970 EVO 500GB hard drive

Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise
