To test GPU I did the following:
- Run AutoCAD
- Entered the command “appload” and load “GsTest.arx”
- Load DWG file: Civil3D TestFile.dwg - 13Mb
- Run test: “GSTESTBENCHMARK”
I got the following results:

I´m trying to figure out what new laptop to get for work (AutoCAD Plant 3D, pipes) Should I opt for a Quadro with 2Gb dedicated memory or settle for some gaming GPU like GTX860m or GTX970m? Is it worth $500 more for the Quadro?
CPU wise I figured I should focus on single core performance since AutoCAD cant use more than one thread (unless you use som plugin) so a high clock i7 should do the trick?
Cheers!
