Giving thin loft thickness

Hey all,

In this design of a wing, I have a winglet that tapers to a small rectangle. Any advice on making this a solid so I can export it to a .stl file? I can't use "Thicken" because no matter how small I make the thickness, it always intersects with itself. I am new to AutoCAD and don't know any of the alternate ways very well, so please let me know which way works best in this case. An image of the shape is attached below. Thank you all!

Try LOFT with a GUIDE.
