Get rid of default DIMSTYLE setting

Hi! I'm frustrated because I feel like this should be a simple task but I've gone through all my dim settings and can't find how to get rid the "\X" as the default suffix. It's not the end of the world, but it's annoying enough that I've spent more time on it than I care to admit. I started at a new company and they have that as a setting already, they also don't use/know how to use annotation very well so I'm using a lot of my own settings for speed and ease of use. Screenshots below, thanks!

Look into "DIMAPOST"

If it is in your drawing template, change it there as well.

DIMAPOST is still set to "", which would indicate there should be nothing coming after.

It looks like "DIMPOST" (notice the difference) is the culprit.  Try setting it to blank.

Thanks for CAD file...

As much as i understand ... I think it will be resolved if you delete   "   from all dimension styles and as shown below.

Click on above image to see how It works fine with me and "\X" gone.

Thanks! But I'm actually trying to keep the inch markings in so I can just dimension and move on without having to add them all over. It would seem that my issue was with the "DIMPOST" setting.
