frustrated student with persisting problem of design center

Yesterday, I created a post on missing  Design Center,  perhaps I didn't make myself clear the Design Center icon on the ribbon is visible it's when I click it I don't get the tree/files at all.  And I truly need this particular item to finish my class.  Yesterday, I got a barrage of solutions which I tried every one of them and to no avail.  I really appreciate for all those who sent me potential solutions, but I still have the problem.
