frequent crashes 2016 Autocad

I have a machine that is crashing frequently.  It doesn't appear to be on any particular file.   I have a dumpdata.zip file that was sent to Autodesk.

How can I go about finding out what the dump file is telling us about the problem with our machine?

Is this a sudden new problem?
Or did something change on this one PC?

Rough timeline is:

2 months ago installed 2016... good for about a month.

1 month ago new monitors installed by IT, same video card/driver.   User says frequent crashes started around this time.

Montor swap never crashes Windows unless the video card is on the fritz: something else happened along with it. Did the user start listening to music apps? change display settings to 4k from HD? try some 3rd party solution to fix a display problem? Or plug in a new phone? Or a monitor driver also got installed with the monitor?
