freezing when switching to paper space view

Hello forum,

  I have a client that freezes when switching from model to paper space view.  

Troubleshooting steps that were taken were:

upgraded to autocad 2023 with recent patches

certified video card has been installed on the computer.

However, the OS is now win 11.  The freezing does not happen as much as it used to but does happen randomly in multiple files.
