Hello,

If someone could advise please.

I installed two types of True Type fonts- regular and italic, but I can see only italic one in the Autocad.

I tried to install it few times but still doesn't appear in the fonts list.

Other people said the same thing, but for me it works OK with 2008, all TTF show up in autocad.

This article said some fonts autocad can't use, see if this is the problem.

What are the font (and font file) names? IF AutoCAD cannot see it, it's not a supported font format (yep, those exist). It doesn't matter what other apps do.

I wish you can send me that font (Zip it and attach it here) to see if it works.

I tried fonts from Word and they show in Autocad and they can be used in older autocad.

Here to show that Verdana font that it works, and the article said Open type doesn't

I don't believe it.

That's the file I receive.

If you can check it that will be great.

OTF is the file extension on the 'regular' one: OTF, OPEN TYPE FONT, cannot be used by AutoCAD just like everyone has been saying.

Turn on file extensions in Windows Explorer please and you can see it.
Ask your source for a non-OTF variant.
