Folders will be generated automatically

When you open Autocad2022, it creates a downloads folder in the document folder by itself. It is an empty file.

This is not an AutoCAD issue. It is standard for Windows. It has a downloads folder for when you download stuff off the internet it will save them in there.

The download folder, which is the system folder of windows, exists separately. Even if you delete the download folder, it will be created when you open Autocad again.

I found the same folder as you described. It's not the system downloads folder but under the documents folder. And yes, the folder is recreated if you run AutoCAD.

I'm not sure what is it for, I'll try to find out.

That's right. I reinstalled Autocad, but the same thing happened.

If something is performing or functioning well enough, there's no need to change or interfere with it (as you may introduce new problems as a result.)

Just make sure you "Restore Default" in Downloads Properties.
