Dear Autodesk Community,
I bought a new RTX 3080 TI Founders Edition and since installing the graphics card, I experience flickering when moving my mouse. This only happens with hardware acceleration enabled. I tried all disabling all the suboptions of the hardware acceleration menu. Also I have tested four different drivers (Game Ready Drivers: 512.95, 512.77, 512.59, 511.79). None of them gets rid of the flickering.
I also tested AutoCAD 2022 and 2023 versions, it happens in both of them.
Is there a fix or a workaround for this problem?
Best regards,
Christoph

Your video card is choking. Most likely you need different drivers (newer or older, you'll need to test).
Have you installed the 2022.1.2 Update (an the 2023.0.1 update) yet? ABOUT command will confirm what you have installed in each program. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards.
If that did not help... Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart each AutoCAD: reverting to DirectX11 fixes similar problems for most users.
Also consider turning off LINESMOOTHING and LINEFADING variables: if still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.
If all else fails, then turn off Hardware Acceleration as a last resort (since that seems to help most), then start a support ticket through your subscription portal as explained here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/users-software/support-options#:~....

Thanks for your suggestion, I already tried that, but it didn't fix my problem!
Thanks for you help!
I installed the 2022.1.2 Update, but it didn't stop the flickering.
But after setting GFXDX12 to Zero and restarting AutoCAD the flickering was gone!
Thanks alot.
