Fix distance between leader lines

Can anyone tell me if there is a way of fixing the space between leader lines in order to keep everything uniform?

Thanks

Leaders or Mleaders? With Mleaders, the MLEADERALIGN or MLEADERCOLLECT commands may help.

Thanks for coming back to me - I'm trying to achieve what you see in this pic here. I have tried using the grid but I often find that the grid doesn't line up with the icon boxes meaning my arrows are off center.

Thanks again for any help.

LEADER and MLEADER cannot emulate your graphic without you knowing ahead of time how many clicks (bends) you need for each then draw each individually while you have SNAP turned on and set to a preset spacing for this bottom portion.

OK, so the grid is the answer then.

I can see how to achieve this now, thanks.
